  DO NOT RENT HERE!! PLEASE READ THIS FIRST!! I lived here for a couple of years and it was the worst apartment living experience I've ever had. This place is falling apart! The new owners (as of January 2015) are cheap and will not fix anything. They refuse to fix the trash compactor (only one on site) and there is garbage piled up and overflowing frequently. The paint is peeling off on all buildings, landscaping rocks are crumbling in the parking lot, and the grounds are littered with trash. The most disturbing thing about renting from this dump is the maintenance man, Jose "Joe" Flores. He has been caught stalking female residents, taking pictures of residents and their cars and even following them around town! He has also been CAUGHT stealing women's undergarments from resident's apartments! I couldn't even trust him to come in my home to change a lightbulb. He is super creepy, drives around staring at people all day and does NOTHING. It takes several days to get work orders done and he does a terrible job! The current manager, Dee Williams, is pathetic. She has a reputation for lying to residents constantly, talking bad about residents and even sharing your personal information with other residents! She is fake to your face and ignores your requests for a return phone call and even ignores you when you come in to the office! She is constantly involved in other resident's drama and she has recently been involved in inappropriate relationships with residents and even a landscaper! She is an awful old lady who is very good at playing stupid! Bottom line, this place is a nightmare. It's overpriced and the property is nasty. The staff working here are a joke and should be fired and/or arrested. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

  My wife and I have done business with them for years and have always found them to be more then helpful. Even when our debit card information was stolen over the web. They helped us get all of our money back. Jeff Robison at the Taylor Branch is great to work with especially.
